NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS

 

            You are hereby notified to attend the Annual General Meeting to be held at 313 East Pender Street, Vancouver, BC at 12 noon on Sunday, February 12, 2012.  Lunch buffet will follow. 

 

            I.          Agenda:

                        (1) President’s report

                        (2) Treasurer’s report

                        (3) Property Manager’s report

                        (4) New business

 

            II.         Celebration of the anniversary of the birth of our foremost ancestor, Lee

                     Yee, will commence at 12 noon on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 313 East    

                      Pender Street, Vancouver, BC with a banquet to be held at 6 pm at  

                      the Fraser Court Restaurant, 3469 Fraser Street.

 

            III.        The Lee’s Benevolent Association of Vancouver and the Lee’s Athletic

                      Society will hold their AGMs respectively following the above AGM.
